Sansotei Ramen is the place to come for authentic ramen, complete with a fattier soup base that is a result of hours of flavor development. I had the tonkatsu black ramen, which had the great garlicky flavor in the soup that I love. You can choose between thick and thin noodles, but they recommend that you pick the thinner noodles for a more authentic bowl. I appreciated that the pork wasn't too fatty and that the noodles were cooked perfectly! It's not the best bowl of ramen I've had, but it's definitely up there.
