I signed up with Envision when we purchased our home in Peoria. After a year we decided to move. Now we live out of state and they will not allow us to break on 5 year contract. They said even though it's not our home anymore we still have to pay the bill even if someone else is using the system. Better believe I'll be going to the Better Business Bureau and contacting a lawyer. This is just another money hungry company! They have the worst customer services ever as well. You can never get ahold of anyone and they are completely rude!
