Very rude office staff . Every time me or my mom have spoken to them over the phone they have been extremely rude and even hung up on my mom after my mom cancelled an appointment one time. They act like you owe them something and there are plenty of other doctors I can go to with decent staff where I'll feel comfortable. The office staff makes me not want to visit this doctor.
