From their reviews they appeared to be a decent property management company. However they seemed to be too busy to respond to my inquiry promptly (responded 4 days later) and asked where the property was. That was 5 days ago so I guess they are "too busy for any of my referrals!" Never heard back. Probably not going to use a property management company that can't be bothered to respond.
