I'm a member too, and parking is the least of my worries,when I go there. The main thought on my mind is, will they have me on the schedule or not, when I arrive. There is almost a screw up every time. If the doctor tells you there is a appointment for you to come in on such and such date....most people would assume that doctor would tell the desk and everything is set up by the staff. BUT WAIT... Did you call the desk after talking to the Dr? Welllll...then that may be the problem. Uh , don't you know that is your job?? C'mon now. This is the G'vt. Here to help.
