The wait time alone is awful it seems that they over schedule everyone! They use the papoose method to restrain kids that don't like having dental work done. My children were terrified to go here, even to get their teeth cleaned. If you happen to have a child that gets upset they won't let you go back with them. For younger kids they only "clean" their teeth with a toothbrush and their toothpaste. My oldest son was told he needed an emergency procedure done and they didn't have time to do it so was sent elsewhere just to find out he really didn't need that at all. Again my oldest had braces and after three months took them off because they said we weren't keeping our appointments which was not true because they kept rescheduling him. We would show up to get his new bands and all on and they would send us home saying they couldn't do it. Thankfully ow we have found a wonderful dentist. I don't advise anyone to go here.
