I dumbly dropped my iPhone & cracked the screen. I couldn't get an appointment at the Apple Store to get it fixed for 5 days & the phone was pretty much a finger/face cutting hazard. I did a Google search & found Batteries Plus. I was able to make an appointment online (you get a 10% off coupon by scheduling it via their website) within the hour. I went in and spoke with Phillip. He was very nice and professional. They go through a list of items on your phone to make sure nothing else is wrong (like the microphone works, thumbprint scan, camera, etc. still work) which took about 5 minutes. He said to come back in about an hour and a half, he gave me a specific time. When I came back my phone screen was fixed & he once again went through the checklist & I was out of there. It cost me a few more dollars then at the Apple Store since I have Apple Care but I paid to have my phone fixed ASAP. Highly recommend.
