When reading the reviews here, it is striking that everyone except the most recent two reviews gave only one star to this company. These last two reviews are from people whose only review is that of Berger. Hmmmm....
Anyways, my personal experience with them was beyond horrible. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. I would not recommend this company.

Now that I am done with the process of moving with this company, here is why I gave them 1 star (they should be receiving 0):
- they scheduled the packing and loading of my household, insisting 2 days are necessary. But they ended up canceling the first if the two days, at noon on the day the were supposed to arrive (!!!!).
- the staff lied in the form they fill in with all the items and their condition. They simply wrote completely incorrect things.
- when the boxes arrived at my new home oversees, the contents of the boxes did not match what was written on many of the boxes. For example, it was written "sheets" on a box with shoes in it, and "towels" on a box with clothes in it.
- things were not well packed, which caused damage on many items.
- a huge item ended up not arriving. I don't know if this is Berger's fault though.
