Disappointment in the service would be an understatement. The room itself wasn't too bad, if you could overlook the door that couldn't close all the way, paint coming off the walls and kitchenette cabinets that had chips and dents in them. In addition, the bathroom had that college dorm feel to it (you know the who used it before and do I really want to know feel). The biggest issue was the security deposit that was given became forfeited if you didn't get it within 24 hrs within check out (not explained to me). I was heading out of town and explained to the clerk I would need to come get it when I got back into town which she stated would not be an issue. When I went back for it two separate times I was told I would have to wait until the manager could get it out of the safe. I called the manager to retrieve my deposit by setting up a time she would be there and was told it was forfeited. I asked to speak with her supervisor/owner and was told she could transfer me; however, he rarely answers the phone or returns phone calls. Ridiculous!
