This was the recommended vet when I got my puppy, and I've been here twice before and everything was perfect,but today's appointment was terrible. Had an appointment for 2:30 didn't get called until 3:10 and didn't see the doctor until 3:30. Ridiculous! And on top of that we went in for her final shot which was parvo($10$), just now realized they charges me for an exam and the vaccine... what exam?we were in the room for under 10 minutes. Thanks to the delay, I ended up missing my other errands
Update: they resolved the issue and gave me a refund for the exam, also explained why there was such a long wait at the time. I'm pretty understanding so I'll continue my business with them 5 stars for handling it.
