That was one of the worst experiences of having my hair done ever!!!! I was looking for a new person to do my hair so i called the Urge salon. I was given an appointment with Donna. I asked how long she had been doing hair. She assured me she had a ton of experience with color and cuts and not to worry. So I booked an all over foil and hair cut that day at 3:30. I didn't leave the salon til 8:00 that night with no hair cut and spots of brown and blond rt in the front of my bangs??!! I told her I don't like any gold in my hair and to be careful around the front because I have some baby hairs. So over a course of the next 4 hours plus she stabbed me several times with the end of her sharp comb, pulled my hair,got water in my eye, ears, and all down my back, my shirt was soaked, color on my face and gold hair with leopard spots rt in the front of my bangs! Plus she seems mad at me because I didn't love it. And asked me to come back the next day to fix it for the 4th time. No thanks!! And on top of that they don't take credit cards!? I had to run to my house to get my check book and pay her for the all the torture and ugly hair!!! Thanks Urge salon, I will never be returning. Now I have to pay someone else that knows what they are doing to fix it!
