That's hilarious Marissa, as I left two messages with your company last week, requesting a phone call back which never came. Of course my yelp name is a pseudonym; the rudimentary form of protecting my identity and security, including from companies like yours whom entered my home, and subsequently left my highly dependent disabled sister with an inadequate AC system in the midst of a desert summer. Parting is such sweet un-sorrow, thanks and no thanks.
Original comment reposted here: This company claimed to do a check on my AC units, ducts, and thermostats. My AC was working perfectly until these people came into my home. After they left, my thermostats were calibrated incorrectly, and the air flow was considerably reduced. I find them completely untrustworthy and highly unprofessional.
