I never felt the need to write a bad review on yelp but I have also never had such a horrible experience at a doctors office. Yesterday I took my two year old Son into the Gilbert location because for the last three days he has had flu like symptoms (Vomiting, Fever, diarrhea, etc) and he has also had runny nose and been very congested along with a bloody nose. The doctor we saw her name was Carolyn. She suggested I give my son Benadryl before bed every night and THAT IS IT. Please keep in mind this is AFTER I have been told by other pediatric doctors that Benadryl should ONLY be used when a child is having an allergic reaction to something. The doctor we saw at this office yesterday could not have made it more clear that she is only there for a pay check and not really to help these young children who are ill. I will NEVER take my son back to this office and I also have three other mom friends who have only had bad experiences here.
