The Charlotte Admirals club is open and airy and well maintained. The front desk receptionists and other staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I travel out of CLT each week, sometimes twice a week and the admirals club is a nice get-away from the hustle and bustle of the busy and packed concourses.
I look forward to the coffee bar on each visit, as I have the option to make my own, espresso, lattes, etc. They have recently added flavored syrups at some of the clubs to add to the variation of the coffee offerings.
Big fan of the soups, from the grilled cheese tomato to the mushroom bisque, I always look forward to having the soups when spending time at the Admirals Club. The food offerings can be repetitive and I would like to see different offering more often. With that being said, the food they have available has always been freshly prepared and well displayed.
