If I could give zero stars I would. The service at this place is absolutely abysmal. I've had maintenance requests dangling for weeks. In the winter, they made me wait 2 months to fix my heater, and once when they said they had come to fix it, no one had actually been in the apartment - which they admitted to me! And when you actually need someone, you can't get anyone on the phone, to answer your voice mail, or to be in the office to help you. They hid how dirty and in what poor condition my apartment was in. There was chipped paint, dirt caked in the bathroom and in the kitchen, and the window in the living room wouldn't open. They chain the pool closed except for the very hottest month of the year. And when you ask for help on anything, they act like you are the annoying one - not them, for not doing their job. Extremely disappointed, and angry at being treated like an inconvenience instead of a tenant.
