For a neighborhood bar, the food is better than average. It was recently sold and the change is not for the better. First, the drab and tired interior remains. I feel like I'm in someone 1970's rec room. Second, the draft beer has no head. This means either the glasses aren't clean, the lines are dirty or they don't know how to calibrate the line pressure. Should I go back, I'll order a bottle. Finally, the manager is loud and was berating one of the staff while behind the bar. Not cool. Poor management and bad beer = I see a bad moon arising over Franks.
