Horrible car buying experience thus far. These sales people will use the typical dishonest sales tatics on you. There is a reason why this dealership has low ratings.
We met David who was pleasant at first up until negotiations. He warmed us up indicating that this particular weekend was not a good sales weekend, that we were one of the first few people to come in this morning and he would be willing to negotiate a good price for us. Implying that we have an advantage and he would be willing to work with us.
When we started negotiating price, he presented the opposite of a good deal and his personality did a complete 180. He started becoming aggressive, argumentative, incredibly rude and unprofessional. He made an unnecessary comment. I was so shocked and asked why he was being so rude and he spat back he observed "a look and a smirk" which he completely misread. It was so unprofessional and unexpected, I just walked out.
This negative experience gives me the incentive to write this review. I've been to other dealerships in the valley who treated potential clients with more respect than this. I'm leaving a review here because I have never been treated this way before and to warn people about this place.
