I have been to UB off and on for over 5 years. I love the eclectic feel, the homemade pastries, and the sense of comfort. As a consultant without an office, I love when I can find a place with free WiFi where I work for several hours. Although my experience is that the baristas/servers change often, they are most often kind and helpful. My greatest complaint is that in all the years I've been to UB their restrooms are DIRTY. Bathrooms are unisex...which is fine. But when I walk in with the toilet seat up and it's covered in urine drops...it's gross. I've literally walked in to one of the restrooms and there was who knows what all over the seat. I walked out. This bothers me not only when I need to use the restroom but also because Dept of health folks always say that if the bathroom is not well kept, question the kitchens cleanliness. I looked for their letter rating...maybe I missed it somewhere.
