I lived here for nearly three years, and have no real complaints. Maintenance requests were usually dealt with promptly and efficiently (outside of one request to have my dryer vent cleaned out at the exterior end of the vent). The apartment I had was not one of the "upgraded" models, but it was fine.
The gym really isn't much to speak of, but the pool is nice.
The complex was almost always quiet, and I could always get a parking spot next to my unit. I felt safe there. Rents stayed reasonable. And the office staff were always polite and prompt when I needed something. I only moved out because I left the area. And when I did move out, there was no hassle from the complex - it was the easiest move out process I've experienced at an apartment.
