Carl was easy to talk to, honest, listened carefully to everything we said and made the purchase happen smoothly and quickly. He was flexible in arranging things that had to be done (paperwork and reviewing car features, etc.), which got us out of the showroom faster. It was Halloween evening and we really wanted to get home.
So my husband and I have bought over fifteen cars in our lives and I will say that this was the most painless car purchase we have ever gone through. We got everything we wanted, and I absolutely LOVE the car. It was such a good decision to buy this car.
Back to Carl, our son, who is a professional negotiator, said "Mom, I really like this guy. He is so much better than the people at the dealership in Wisconsin (where same son purchased a new Mazda the week before). I actually trust him. He isn't trying to up-sell or lie about anything."
We negotiated what we still believe was an incredibly good deal for us. If I purchase another car I will go to Carl.
