Like everybody has already mentioned, this bus is crazy frequent. The 45E (express) is a little annoying because it doesn't stop at my bus stop, but often times if I'm waiting and an Express bus sees me, they'll stop and let me on. Even in rush hour, this bus is so frequent that it's usually never too packed. It runs somewhat late into the night/morning too, which has saved me from taking a cab home drunk from the station quite a few times :)
