This is the worst company ever. My online bill is produced and sent on an unsafe website (verified by McAfee) and three times my computer has been locked up with ransomware messages. I requested through my condo management service to receive my amount due embedded in an email so I didn't have to go through their web site. Instead, they sent me a paper bill charging a $36 "startup" fee and $6.08 "billing fee", taking my normally $19-$20 bill to $56.47. Discussions with customer service have been fruitless. I'm so angry at these people, and I'm being held hostage by my HOA.
