Something I have never seen in a grocery store is an upstairs! You can take the elevator or stairs.
They have online shopping, and as I observed, the employees gather the food in paper bags, then load them into lockers. I don't know how that works with ice cream - perhaps the lockers are chilled?
There is a small Starbucks inside with free wifi. More on that in a future review.
As with everything in this area of Charlotte, the parking lot is small and hard to maneuver, and he signage is lacking. Just happened to pass it and pulled in.
