Hands down (no pun intended) the coolest bookshop in Phoenix. Having the option to wine and dine whilst indulging in literature is a uniquely captivating experience that anyone of age should partake in occasionally. Wonderful staff, great menu to choose from. The actual store offers an assortment of quirky gifts and creative tools alongside books. I went to a recent author meet-and-greet with suspense writer Joe Hill (Stephen King's son) and Changing Hands had the event well-orchestrated despite having to accommodate a hundred people. I would absolutely pay for another event here, since it was comfortable and organized. Very enjoyable place in a neat part of metro Phoenix. Tempe location is also fun. Don't miss out!
