Another Coffee spot in Kensignton market whose popularity escapes me. This place is busy with a capital B. Consistent flow of customers buying coffee beans, teas and other items. It has a huge seating area with an nice outdoor place in front, some space in the back as well as the main floor. The baristas are Japanese and play well on being "Kawaii" complete with "Hirajaku" fashion! Some interesting selection of desserts along with a doughnut shaped "Burek" something I haven't seen before. Now for the main show the cappuccino though done in unique style (the espresso shot being poured in a metal container and then into a cup and then topped with milk) is nothing special. Not much latte art to speak of either. 1.5 Stars. 2nd visit I tried the Mocha Latte as the Cappuccino was pretty bad on the last trip. Quite decent actually the chocolate was not overly sweet and latte art was good. I liked how they dressed up the whipped cream with chocolate syrup. Espresso had good crema. 3.5 Star for the drink Tried the Mocha for Indie Coffee Passport 2012. Not much has changed.
