Flew home to NY out of Charlotte this month. I've been flying for many years on this airlines and will NEVER use them again. I remember when they used to be a good airlines. My flight was delayed, then cancelled and I had to fly into another airport (White Plains instead of Stewart) in order to leave the Philly airport once there. Oh, did I mention the sun was shining everywhere?? Then on the way home both flights were delayed. I will never use this airlines again because I feel they don't care about the customers. The customer service reps are extremely rude. I'm flying Delta if I ever fly again. What a horrible experience that might keep me grounded...
