I like it. I have yet tried all ramen places in Vegas, but this one is pretty good Tonkotsu Ramen.
We ordered karaage for appetizer. Very traditional Japanese flavor note, very well seasoned, very juicy inside with crispy outside.
For noodle, I ordered white one (wanted to try black one but had to share mine with my 5yo, so I gave up my spicy :( ) with corn and spicy bean sprout on the side.
Very mild broth with extra thin noodle. Kikurage topping adds really good texture.
My husband ordered spicy (you can chose spiciness, 1-5) something and he liked it.
