HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TRY TO FOOL ME WITH STICKY RICE MADE FROM REGULAR RICE???? I am a huge fan of sticky rice. THIS IS MY THING. I saw that they have sticky rice at PHX Night Market and I got it. It was $7 and presented nice. It's like dating a hot person with a shitty personality. When I took a bite into the rice.. it reminds me of my younger days where my mom would ask me to cook rice and it ends up being too watery then she yells at me... well that's how the rice tasted. Basically wet rice with shredded coconut.... like did they even use coconut milk for this? The rice did not have any bit of sweet to it. I thought, okay maybe the mango is going to make up for this because the mango is usually amazingly sweet. First thing I notice is that the mango is so hard when it's supposed to be soft. As I bite into it, it is the most sourest mango ever. I cannot describe how disappointed I was that night. I had trust issues for the other vendors there after that. Other than that, here is a cute photo.
