We have been to this Urgent Care location numerous times for every single one of our family member at all different times of the day and night.
In April 2016, I came in mid morning because I messed up my right knee. I couldn't straighten or bend it at all, it was stuck at a weird and painful 45-degree angle. I could barely limp my way from the parking lot, but a kind gentleman went in to get help. A staff brought out a wheelchair and got me to the front desk to register. I was seen within 30 min. They did X-rays and results out in no time. I was sent off with a leg brace and crutches, a referral for a follow up and MRI.
Today 7/16/2016, my son hit his head on the corner of the coffee table. He had a gash about an inch long and 1/4-inch deep. We got to the urgent care as soon as possible, got registered and told the front desk about his injury. As we waited in the waiting are, a nurse came out in a few minutes and checked on his cut to make sure the bleeding has slowed down. They took him back within 15-min, cleaned out the wound and stitched up!
