With the generally positive reviews I was expecting a good experience, but this was a great experience. A new favourite for me in the city.

Taste: The style is 'New American', so flavors are combined from different cuisines, and in this case quite skilfully, the overall effect being complementary, intense, and clean.
Healthiness: Pretty good, oils kept in check, focus on quality fresh ingredients
Value: It's a wallet-thumper alright, but Lucien delivers on the price.
