I had a tiny puncture in my down coat from a nail. Took it into this shop to only be HIGHLY disappointed. Not only does the colour of the patch not match (the guy commented "oh we tried our best to match it), the patch is literally 20x the size of the small hole and it's an ugly eye sore. It would have been nice if he had communicated A: that they couldn't match it and B: the patch will be extremely large. At least then I would have been able to make a decision rather than be stuck with no alternative. All this after spending $40 for a 3 week wait with ruined $800 coat.
