I am beyond disappointed with the service from the health clinic. I scheduled an appointment 4 days ago, to be seen at 6pm today and received a confirmation email with the details. I showed up 10 minutes early, then had to wait to speak with someone, just to be told I was at the wrong location and had to drive down the street (even though my confirmation email CLEARLY said otherwise.) I got to the "correct" location (at this point it was about 6:10pm) and tried to check in with a kiosk using the confirmation number that was also on my confirmation email. The kiosk froze on me, so I tried the other one and was told I did not have an appointment. I called the number on the screen and was told, again, that I did not have an appointment, but that she would manually sign me in. After a brief hold, I was told she couldn't sign me in, but that I should wait for them to come out and explain what happened because their kiosks have been having known issues, and that they would understand and I would be seen. At 6:35pm (give or take) someone finally came out and I was told, once again, that I had no appt and would have to come back another day because they were closed - even after explaining everything to them. You're probably thinking "why didn't she just show her confirmation email?" Of the 5 people I interacted with, none of them seemed interested in looking at it. The collective vibe was that they couldn't care any less and that it wasn't their problem. I was offered an appt the next day, during morning times, while I will be in a classroom teaching. Gee....thanks. However, I won't be wasting any more of my time in your store, health clinic or otherwise.
