I have purchased items from this store for the last three years when I'm in a crunch and do not have time to wait on mail orders or when my beauty supply place is closed as Hollywood beauty supply is open longer hour's.
I purchased an eyelash adhesive a week and a half ago as I have purchased this exact adhesive from them before and it worked beautifully. This time however the first use of the adhesive I noticed I had to put out triple the amount of drops during the one hour fill sessions as it was drying up extremely fast. I was not happy about this knowing I would go through the bottle ALOT quicker than usual BUT that wasn't my only concern .
I asked my client of 2 years that has been getting extensions and ALWAYS loves the results to give me feed back after her last appointment as I had concern of how the adhesive would bond . Although they looked great at the time a few days later her synthetic lashes have been falling off the natural lash there for the glue sold to me is bad . I have reached out to other client's, same problem!
To sum it up , the man I spoke to would not offer a solution of me wasting $75 on a adhesive I now have to throw out. I'm also out discounts I will now how to offer my client's. No exchange , no refund oh but a lousy $5 discount on a new bottle is what his solution was ! It's more than that in gas to drive there as well as the chance of the same thing going to happen as well as WASTING more money and time, NO THANKS !
Needless to say I do not recommend anyone to purchase lash extension adhesive from them . I will never purchase one item from them again !
