I've been here a few times before and not had the greatest experience but they were fast and so I decided to go here again when I was in a rush. While they are always fast and your nails always look decent, there are a few reasons why I give it only 2 stars:
1 - they are super rough. I was cut by accident twice and they aren't gentle when filing at all.
2 - they prefer to soak off your gel or SNS nails the lazy way, by putting your hands in a large bowl full of acetone. Not only is this TERRIBLE for you to absorb into your skin, but she had me soak for over 25 minutes total, and insisted on using the dremel instead of peeling off the SNS like you're supposed to. This made sticky chunks fly everywhere (my lap, my hair, and into the pedi bowl) and she would put my hands back into the acetone bowl to soak more which created large sticky globs floating in the acetone which got all over my fingers and dried to me (see pictures).
3 - as you can see in one picture, all of my nails are now different lengths. My ring finger was cut/filed to the nub, while my index finger is long. I asked to fix but she hardly did anything.
You can see by the photos my nails are decent but my hands look terrible and are covered in SNS goo. For this service you'd think they'd charge a little less. I'd had better service at a cheaper nail salon...
Needless to say - I will be going elsewhere for my next mani/pedi.
