Why are we paying you? Last call to make an appt at SW medical for radiology for my husband... sorry, we have no appointments available. Really? So exactly what are we supposed to do, DIE? Then you get no monthly premium from us anymore. So, change to follow up PCP appt. show up for appt... sorry, doctor is not with this office any more.... really? Again... What are we suppose to do, DIE? Any typical appt you attempt to make is at a minimum 90 days out. Really? Moving on to referrals... get a referral from your PCP, 90+ days to get an appt from the Specialist...oh no.. your referral has expired, we cant see you anymore, you'll have to go back and get a new referral from your PCP.... again, 90 days for an appt. WTF are we paying you for???? Please tell me... This has been going on for the last 2 years for both my husband and myself and we are both on separate HMO plans paying separately with different needs. This problem is system wide. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER HPN FOR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT.....
