My driver's side front window randomly exploded on I-10 at 5 AM this morning. I called Reliable when they opened, and Beatrice made sure that I wasn't stuck with a car without a window (even though my wife and I have another car we could have driven until they could have replaced it). She gave me a quote (which was MUCH less than I was expecting), and said she'd call me back immediately after she found an open technician for today.
She got ahold of a technician, and told me they'd be here in about two hours. I got a call 20 minutes later from the tech, Steven, saying he would be here in 10 minutes. Upon his arrival, he explained what he would be doing, and that it would take about an hour. It took no more than an hour to have the window installed, and the inside of my car cleaned up from the glass shattered everywhere (extremely well, at that!).
This was the best experience I've had with any auto repair company (glass, mechanic, etc.), and I won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises. Thank you so much!
