I absolutely love this spa. It's one of a kind and I could quite easily spend a whole day just chilling out and enjoying the water circuit. Why the missing star you ask? I've had two massages- by the same masseuse- and while it's hard to complain about getting a massage, I wasn't really a fan. The lady was chatty despite my non responsive-ness and the massage itself felt lazy and lacklustre. I'll definitely come back to body blitz east but will request a different masseuse.
