Three times I came by to pick up my prescription. Every day I stopped by they said it would be ready the next day after 3 PM. I finally had it called into a different location as no one could tell me what was causing the delay. After my last attempt I called to speak to someone. The male that answered the phone said come on back it's ready now. I could hear the counter girl complaining about me in the background as she was upset that I had asked her point blank why it was not ready yet. I was upset for the 16 mile round trip detour but glad to finally get my medicine.
I never received a kind word or an apology.
It seems odd to me that they would be so glib and cavalier about someone's medicine.
