We bought a brand new Ram 3500 Laramie Crew Cab 4x4 long box. It was pretty loaded. Took us all day to purchase the truck and then when we got home we found pieces missing on the truck. From that day on we received terrible service, Long waits on telephone calls, they are too busy to get in there, they would not remember to get all done when they would have it. We purchased the extended warranty service and repair service. When we took it down to them they told us that we did not have it. We bought it from them and still had to prove we had it. They also removed parts on the truck after we purchased it and still have not put them back on. They are a nightmare to work with.
