I love Dr. Sloten I have been seeing him for at least 5 yrs. I have psoriasis and had been using topical steroids for serveral yrs that kept it at bay but never cleared my symptoms and had harsh thinning affects on my skin. Dr. Sloten advised that I could not use the harmful topical meds and suggested a systemic inject-able. Dr. Sloten and his staff fought hard with my insurance to get me approved. The inject-able didn't yield results so Dr. Sloten advised I try a different one. I have been clear of any symptoms for at least a year and it has changed my life. I see Dr. Sloten at every appointment (4x a yr) and he takes time and listens to what I have to say. I have come to him with some silly suggestions from research on how to cure psoriasis and he never discounted my ideas however, encouraged me to continue with the medication while trying other paths. I listened and I am clear of my symptoms. Other offices push you off onto their PA's or NA's. Dr. Sloten also takes time to check my moles even using a magnifying glass. He is a DO so he is always going to choose the least harmful path of treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone.
