This Smiths has the most pleasant employees. If you're ever there, I recommend looking for Katrina. She is a stand-out exceptional employee. She will go out of her way to help you with anything you might need. She does it happily and with a genuine desire to help. Every time I see her she brightens my day. It's hard nowadays to get someone to help you, especially someone happy to do it. I am disabled, and she actually went out of her way to go find me a motorized cart that had lots of "juice" left in it, so it wouldn't die on me. And she did it without my even asking. She is one in a million! If you need any help at all, ask for Katrina - I guarantee she will make your day better.
