My car stop driving in the middle of the road. Had it towed to this location to have it checked out. They told me it was my coolant that was recalled as while back and had affected my engine. I was not aware of a recall nor did I have the funds to pay for a new engine. They replaced my Coolant and "supposably" ordered a new engine for my car and replaced the old one.
Well come to fine out they did not replace the engine, but replaced some of the parts with some used ones. With that being said, my car ended up doing the same thing a few days later almost causing me to have an accident. I returned to this dealer with a not so pleasant attitude and explain what had happened after the called themselves fixing my 2007 Honda Civic that has not given me any issues until now. I had to return multiple times before having my car drive right and was given different things as to the cause of the problem which let me know that 1. There was no diagnostic test done the first time around m or 2. The mechanics were incompetent. I do ny recommend this location to anyone especially females as they will feed you nothing but lies as they expect for you to not know anything about cars or question them on their bs statements.
