Beware this shoe repair store are not honest people. They ruined my boots then lied about it. They charged me $20. Every other person that came in for similar repairs were charged lower prices $4, $8, the highest price I overheard was $13. Not only did they ruin my boots, they also charged me top dollar, laughed about it told me they did not cut my boots, blamed it on previous owners and truly had no regard. Very upsetting experience. Take your shoes elsewhere please see the pictures I posted. This is the work from this shoe repair shop. I hope they go out of business soon. This kind of work really makes no sense at all.
I waited in line for about 15 mins. I heard them say to other customers if it would be ok to cut. They asked that question so many times I said to them I wish you had asked me about cutting my boots because I would have said no and today my boots would not be ruined.
