Funky, spunky, cool!!! Went to see it last Friday with my boyfriend and a friend and we had a blast cracking up the entire time! The band was amazing and fun to watch as they seemed to have fun as well.
As far as the drinks go, I loved the weird, witty names they came up with. I got KISS MY ASTEROID (as the bartender said that most females order it). Came in a plastic bag (I know it sounds weird, but I actually enjoyed it since they were going with the space theme of the show) with straw and POP ROCKS! It was yummy.
This show just opened up on the 13th of March so it's on its early stages of production and of course still tweaking out what they should, but I think they did a really great job considering it's only been about 2 weeks. I actually regretfully checked Yelp before the show and was a bit disappointed that it had such low ratings so I started to expect less, BUT was completely surprised how much fun I had once I was there! So don't take in to account the previous reviews because it doesn't really count IMO.
Think of Rocky Horror Picture Show in circus in space. Have an open mind before you go and I promise you'll have yourself a funny fun time! Will definitely go to see it again!
NOTE: If you're expecting a classy, cocktaily, here-to-impress-a-girl type show, do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time, money, energy and maybe petty reviews because this is not THAT kind of show!
