I ahead done business with them at their previous location in Gilbert. They treated me great then, so I thought that I'd try them after cracking my iPad 3 screen. It landed on a concrete floor, collapsing the top right corner of the case as well as the screen damage. They replaced the glass with OEM glass, did a great job repairing the case, and had it done in a day as promised for a fair price. Alan and his staff are courteous and conscientious .
