I recently moved and ordered Cox Cable. I had the best installer. Constantine B. was very professional, great customer service skills, thorough and knowledgeable. He set up my service and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. If you're on the west side of the valley, I would suggest requesting him for your installer. You won't be disappointed. He has great work ethics and really cares about his customers.
