DO NOT go to the service department. All over the internet they have coupons that say they have an "express lane" and you will wait less than 30 minutes to get your everyday things done like an oil change and rotate wheels..I bought my care there and was going to get an "express" oil change for my 10,000 mile service. I drove from far N. Phoenix to get there. I got out of the car and said I needed the express and this cocky guy said "we don't do that here, we will in our new location". I said WTF. It's all over your coupons for service and says nothing about their new facility. It's that kind of shady service that give car dealerships bad reputations. I usually never write a review but had to here since their GM never responded to me when I left two VM's on his inbox. Buyer beware.
