I had to take our car in for the second time in a year for the same issue. Everyone that I dealt with seemed to really hate their job or didn't care to help if they weren't your adviser. The attitudes shown and received were so terrible. If it wasn't for the sham of an extended warranty I wouldn't even go back to use the service department there. Once we sell this car I will never do business here again. Very dissatisfied customer!
