They were engaged with their customers but always remembering that others were waiting. Constant eye contact as well as we will be with you shortly. When my turn came I was completely amazed by Jasmine!! Freakin incredible. Not only apologizing for the small wait but her knowledge and care that I got the best value had me 100% hooked. I have been a customer of Verizon for many years. One of the reasons why is the customer focus. With what I received from Jasmine, I know that I will be a customer for many years to come.
