I came to return the car to the designated area and no one was there to assist me. I had to stay outside the car in the heat for more than 5 minutes so that I could be seen by their staff. Finally someone came and asked me if I was being helped and I said no. She went to one of the cars parked in the lot and got three female employees out to assist customers who were returning the vehicles. Looks like the three ladies were just cooling themselves in the air conditioned car. I have never seen anything like this at a rental car return.
